Objective
US store and digital campaign to reach new people and reward existing customers by enabling them to explore, learn, and be inspired by home home furnishing and related topics in the IKEA stores worldwide.
Problem
Need for increased store visitation.
Process
Formed a work group with stakeholders in customer loyalty, interior design, sales, and logistics. Adapted IKEA global collateral and designed local modifications to fit the US market needs.
Solution
The final print and digital designs used clean, minimalist signage with catchy phrases and visual “peeks” to tease the event and activities.
Outcome
US market collateral was successfully launched via web, email, and live-streamed via social platforms. Print media was negotiated with the vendor and successfully distributed to market stores to use as needed.
